REFUND POLICY

SOUL’YS will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it was a shipping error on SOUL’YS part. 

  • Please submit your return & exchange request via SOULYS RETURN CENTER LINK, VIA PLATORM  Return/Exchange Request Form
  • Once the return is received, a member from our team will email you to confirm receipt of the item.
  • After inspection for quality, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • You should see the refund within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.

*Return Policy- 7 day return policy for all products ordered SOUL’YS®. This means we are  required to accept returns up to 7 days after the product has been received by the customer. Retailer Buyers will be required to pay for the return shipping fees.

As long as the product is undamaged and unworn, in Original packaging, shipping papers, unworn & or tampered with, NO other Exceptions will be valid, all other orders will be rejected. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase the supplier is expected to refund the buyer when the item is received. 7 Days that SOULYS received the items back to original departed facility
